Job Description: HR Recruiter


  1. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri), networking, and referrals.
  2. Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
  3. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  4. Assess candidate qualifications and match with job requirements.
  5. Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.
  6. Coordinate interviews and manage interview schedules.
  7. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  8. Provide regular updates to hiring managers/partners.


  1. Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
  2. Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
  3. Experience using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
  4. Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
