Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri), networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate qualifications and match with job requirements.
- Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers/partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
