Job Description: Finance Manager

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Experience

1. Total 5+ year’s of experience (Including 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager / Assistant Manager and leading a 2 member (minimum) team) in a company that owns and operates a manufacturing plant or has a significant quantum of fixed assests (>50% of total assests) or whose operations involves significant materials movement.

Requirements

1. Hands on experience in implementing and/(or) working in ERP environment.
2. Exposure to organizations with robust internal control framework.
3. Preparation of SOPs and implementation across functions.
4. Data Analysis, Conversion of data into MIS & Presentation.
5. Understanding of Statutory and Tax compliance(GST & Direct tax).
6. Conducting appropriate analysis of data to identify and quantify the business issues and opportunities.
7. Participating / holding Monthly reviews and circulation of MIS reports.
8. Leading the implementation of new policies, procedures and guidencs.
