Senior Manager – Job Description

The Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for specific customer deliverables, managing customer relationships and working seamlessly between Astravise and customer teams

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implementation of Business Solutions:
    1. Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and identify their business needs
    2. Determine and carry out necessary processes and practices
    3. Monitor progress and results
    4. Recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities
    5. And adapt to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
  2. Process Design:
    1. Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis, and design at a complex level
    2. Focus on quality improvement and data management
    3. Ensure data is reliable and valid
    4. Develop process improvements or re-engineer and recommend elimination; integrate new systems and processes with existing ones
    5. Partner with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
  3. Client Servicing :
    1. Assess business processes and system inefficiencies, clearly documenting business and systems requirements
    2. Facilitate project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences – leadership, customers, technical staff
    3. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and manage reactive measures
    4. Stay updated about customer needs and strategies. 
    5. Utilize formal and informal written communication methods – emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, to communicate updates and findings
    6. Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
    7. Create and manage project schedules by developing detailed project plans – estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts
    8. Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs

Qualification

CA/CWA/ MBA from reputed institutions with 6 – 10 years of relevant experience

Experience Required

  1. Quantifiable client delivery/business delivery for 2 – 3 years   
  2. Up-to-date expertise in team management and information skills
  3. Proficiency in business processes and process differentiation
  4. Analytical skills, articulation, teamwork and passion for delivery
